シニアプロダクトエンジニア/ Senior Product Engineer

An international automotive engineering company is looking for a Senior Product Engineer. The selected candidate will develop wiper systems from concept to production, ensuring compliance with technical standards, customer requirements, and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wiper systems for assigned projects, meeting cost, quality, and timing objectives
• Review customer technical requirements and provide feasibility analysis
• Communicate and confirm technical solutions with customers
• Release 3D and 2D designs following internal guidelines and PLM rules
• Develop DFMEA and DVP according to project plans
• Coordinate prototype building in the China plant for local projects
• Provide on-site technical training for prototype trial runs on vehicles
• Support customer quality issue analysis and implement engineering changes
• Introduce new products to customers in line with product strategy
• Participate in continuous improvement, cost reduction, innovations, and standardisation activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical design and automation
• More than 5 years of experience in product development
• Experience in 2+ completed product developments, including validation from concept design to SOP
• Basic knowledge of DFM/DFA analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Creo; proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in automotive E&E product development
• Basic knowledge in GD&T analysis
• Familiar with common prototyping processes
• Knowledge of DFMEA or FEA analysis
