システムバリデーションテストエンジニア/ System Validation Test Engineer

A multinational automotive technology company is seeking a System Validation Test Engineer. The selected candidate will plan and execute vehicle system tests, validate performance against requirements, and support both internal and customer testing initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop system test strategy and create detailed test plans
• Create and validate test protocols and test reports internally and externally
• Report test results and project status to relevant stakeholders
• Arrange, maintain, and manage test equipment
• Collaborate with the global validation team and other key stakeholders
• Support customer vehicle testing and ensure compliance with system requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in automotive product validation
• Experience in the automotive product validation process
• Proficient in test planning, reporting, and system validation
• Car enthusiast
• Possess a valid Japanese Driver’s Licence
• Business level Japanese and English
