ワイヤーハーネスサポートエンジニア/ Wire Harness Support Engineer

A multinational technology company is looking for a Wire Harness Support Engineer. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and customer-facing delivery of electrified vehicle wiring and electrical distribution solutions for OEMs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of electrified products and electrical distribution systems for OEM customers
• Coordinate design updates and engineering changes across multiple vehicle programs
• Collaborate with product development teams to align technology with customer and business needs
• Drive adoption of latest technologies while maximising cost, quality, and technical differentiators
• Support new business pursuits through technical proposals, BOM analysis, and cross-functional alignment
• Deliver customer presentations, support global electrification teams, and ensure compliance with customer requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• More than 2 years of experience in automotive and/or wiring system roles
• More than 1 year of experience in a team environment
• More than 1 year of experience in Electrical Schematics/Vehicle mechanisations understanding

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in CAD
• Background in manufacturing environment
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
