メカニカルデザインエンジニア/ Mechanical Design Engineer

A global automotive parts manufacturer is looking to fill a Mechanical Design Engineer position. The qualified applicant will lead engineering development related to e-powertrain. This is a remote position based in Saitama.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of electric powertrain component design and planning
• Devise action strategies, communicate effects, and suggest options to minimise risks
• Update and manage the development roadmap for electric powertrain components
• Explore and craft innovative engineering models
• Collaborate closely with product development teams in the design process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Practical experience in Power Electronic and Automotive Electronic design
• Prior experience with simulation software (Ansys, COMSOL, etc.) is ideal
• Experience with electronic power devices and mechanical implementation is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
