メカニカルエンジニア/ Mechanical Engineer

A Mechanical Engineer position is now available at a multinational technology firm. The chosen applicant will improve the assigned steering system development project in collaboration with global engineers. This is a Kanagawa-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the achievement of development and team objectives
• Supervise assigned engineers to identify appropriate tasks and schedules
• Foresee possible decision and process effects to mitigate risks
• Monitor task completion
• Identify and address areas of improvement
• Increase the value of the local team and the development centre

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• More than 3 years of experience working at a Japanese firm
• More than 3 years of managing vehicle development or vehicle parts development projects
• More than 3 years of experience in developing chassis parts as a design or application engineer
• Working knowledge of 2D or 3D drawings
• Fluent level written and oral English and Japanese
