A multinational automotive supplier is searching for an experienced software or hardware developer to join them as ADAS System Engineer. In this position, you will negotiate and build on specifications to meet customer performance and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor a Level 2 R&D schedule
- Define the content of releases (internal and to the customer) in alignment with the customer and drives the release process
- Manage the R&D Core Team and to ensure the alignment of all involved development personnel
- In case of deviations, define countermeasures with the R&D Core Team
- Oversee change management process in terms of QCT for all changes related to the R&D scope of the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in Tier 1/OEM and development
- Expertise in driving assistance product and radar, LiDAR, camera sensor, ultra sonic technology
- Business level proficiency in both Japanese or English
- Experience in vehicle electronics product hardware design or software design or mechanical design or system engineering
- Vehicle BUS (CAN, MOST or etc) system knowledge and experience
- On-site customer support experience in the automotive products development environment
