A global renowned automotive company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer. The qualified candidate will provide technical support to dealers, monitor vehicle quality, and handle high-voltage battery repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from all dealers
- Investigate and report complex dealer issues to PAG
- Guide repair methods and manage technical information
- Conduct on-site investigations for incident cases
- Monitor and solve issues with PIWIS Tester updates
- Manage and set up special tools and equipment for the Japanese market
- Maintain and implement PAG technical information for dealers
- Conduct periodic on-site training and support for dealers
- Improve communication and technical support levels with dealers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of related working experience
- Understanding of Automotive Repair/Maintenance
- Strong knowledge in tools: PPN (Intranet), PIWIS (Tester), PET (Digital Parts Catalogue)
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
