モーターコアエンジニア/ Motor Core Engineer

An international manufacturing company is searching for a Motor Core Engineer. The chosen candidate will provide sales and engineering assistance to all manufacturing facilities worldwide. This role is based in Kanagawa.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical communications with clients for technical assessments
• Work with motor cores clients to optimise costs and ensure efficient production of goods
• Drive the development of fuel cell stack knowledge
• Determine opportunities of all current technologies in e-mobility
• Provide employees with technical training sessions
• Aid the initiatives of manufacturing procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering or business management is ideal)
• Prior experience as an R&D engineer in e-mobility
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 quality management system
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability and willingness to spend several months in Germany or Switzerland
• Proficient in written and verbal English (Japanese or German is advantageous)
