全国販売マネージャー/ National Sales Manager
A multinational automotive components company is looking for a National Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, expand market penetration, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales channels to increase market penetration and brand awareness
- Implement effective sales strategies and cascade them to Regional Managers and team members
- Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
- Provide timely solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Stay up to date with new product launches
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain sales management and reporting tools
- Coordinate with Sales Directors to develop sales plans, budgets, and schedules
- Develop creative sales techniques and tactics to meet business goals
- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent the brand
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 15-20 years of experience
- Experience in Sales & Marketing management in multi-national automotive components companies with a focus on Aftermarket
- Proficient in analytical skills, negotiation, situational leadership, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce
