A multinational tire manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Consultant. The selected candidate will lead market expansion through strategic sales execution, client management, and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers
• Monitor sales performance and identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with global teams to align sales and marketing initiatives
• Support medium- to long-term brand and business strategy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Support onboarding and training processes for new clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in sales roles within the Japanese market in international contexts
• Strong business development, client management, and negotiation skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
