営業アカウントマネージャー/ Sales Account Manager
A multinational automotive electronics company is looking for a Sales Account Manager (OEM). The selected candidate will lead sales strategy, manage key OEM accounts, and drive business growth through customer engagement and market development. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of sales strategies for JOEM customers
- Manage sales performance to achieve KPIs, including order intake, profitability, and cash management
- Ensure customer satisfaction across quality, cost, delivery, and development, maintaining strong internal communication
- Develop new business opportunities and drive early customer engagement to secure future growth
- Strengthen customer relationships through effective account mapping and strategic relationship management
- Gather and leverage market insights and customer feedback to support sales activities
- Monitor and maintain customer orders, forecasts, and production plans
- Regularly update sales progress and strategy in Salesforce
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in Tier-1 or Tier-2 Automotive Electronics supplier in a global environment
- Proven sales experience and strong knowledge of automotive electronics, including SDV, E/E architecture, Chassis & BEV
- Project management or team leadership experience preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or CRM tools preferred
- Useful customer network with major OEMs
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Business level Japanese and English
