セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

An international automotive technology company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive business acquisition, manage commercial negotiations, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring alignment with global teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and balance internal and external requirements
• Oversee accounts receivable, R&D costs, and commercial claims
• Lead sales planning, including customer forecast analysis and documentation preparation
• Develop strategies and coordinate commercial aspects of business acquisition and quotations
• Align with global teams to review assumptions, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of quotes
• Handle commercial issues for running and developing projects, including change management and cost structures
• Guide project teams in preparing commercially aligned documentation and negotiations with customers

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience working with J-OEMs
• More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
• More than 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within internationally operating companies
• International team player with experience in N/A, EU, China, and ASEAN
• Good understanding of customer strategy, sourcing, and decision-making processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English and Japanese
