セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A multinational automotive company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement, pursue new business opportunities, and manage commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer and market strategies aligned with segment sales goals
- Act as the primary commercial customer contact
- Handle quoting, pricing, cost estimation, and business case development
- Conduct market analysis to support design, quality, delivery, and cost decisions
- Identify and screen potential new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Prior sales/commercial experience in the OEM automotive industry
- Experience working with Kubota, Yanmar, or Isuzu is ideal
- Proven track record in commercial/business roles with a Tier 1 supplier
- Knowledge of powertrain, engines, or after-treatment systems a plus
- Understanding of emission regulations and trends preferred
- Strong financial and technical business negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; intermediate level English
