An international automobile manufacturer is searching to fill a Global Sales Finance position. The successful candidate will be in charge for leading projects and sales finance management. This is a Kanagawa-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse performance, improvements, and execution from planning to completion
• Compare markets with internal and external counterparts for benchmarking
• Engage actively in steering committees and various meetings
• Ensure precise and punctual guidance to departmental management
• Take part in or lead projects when needed

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in captive auto finance or suitable business
• Knowledge of automotive finance
• Strong accounting skills
• Experience in the car industry is a plus
• Business level English (Chinese and Japanese are ideal)
