オートセールスマネージャー/ Auto Sales Manager

An international software development company is looking to fill an Auto Sales Manager position. The selected individual will be creating strategies to expand to new markets and sectors. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Use resources to establish technical relationships with key customers
• Expedite the business’ presence within the automotive market
• Establish skills to engage major decision-makers
• Oversee the yearly planning procedures
• Build and manage area and account strategies for key clients
• Supervise and coach key managers and members to optimise their positions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 15 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of management experience
• 5-10 years of experience in international companies
• Experience in a high-tech company (software is preferred)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English
