メディアマネージャー/ Media Manager
A global automotive parts company is looking for a Media Manager. The chosen applicant will manage and execute paid media strategies, ensuring strong performance alignment with regional and global objectives. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of media strategies across Japan and South Korea aligned with regional and global objectives
- Manage day-to-day media campaigns across broadcast, digital streaming audio and out-of-home channels
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Media, Global Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Analytics teams for fully integrated campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise media performance using data-driven insights to maximise ROI
- Support media planning by identifying optimal channels, opportunities, and tactics with internal teams and media agencies
- Assist in media buying and vendor negotiations when required
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and strong brand visibility across all media touchpoints
- Drive awareness, engagement, and sales through effective media execution
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders
- Present key learnings and recommendations for future media initiatives
- Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and alignment with financial targets
- Track industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging media technologies to drive media innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- More than 7 years of experience in media planning, brand marketing, or related fields
- Experience in optimising media strategies to deliver results across these platforms
- Experience in using data to optimise media campaigns and deliver actionable insights
- Proven experience managing teams, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent in a collaborative, results-driven environment
- Strong background in executing media campaigns for large-scale brands in the region
- Deep knowledge of various media channels, including linear broadcast, streaming, digital, audio, and OOH
- Familiarity with media buying platforms, tools, and analytics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree
