A leading global truck manufacturing company is looking for a Project Manager for Quality Journal. The selected candidate will lead a cross-functional team to address quality issues swiftly and effectively, manage documentation, and oversee corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Request necessary resources and competences from the company and suppliers
• Secure and manage documentation in Argus and other locations for effective communication
• Arrange and chair corrective action decision meetings and other necessary meetings
• Implement decided containment actions and solutions
• Identify root causes and potential solutions for production and aftermarket
• Suggest and prepare internal and external campaigns
• Perform business cases for potential solutions
• Ensure QJ team delivers required documentation

Requirements:

• Practical experience in quality assurance or quality improvement product development projects
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing quality issues
• Good understanding of truck products, preferably high-end Japanese trucks
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
