プログラムマネージャー/ Program Manager

A multinational automotive parts manufacturer is searching for a Program Manager. In this role, you will be accountable for managing assigned programs and SDT members to ensure successfully program implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve quality and profitability KPIs
• Obtain approvals for business plans
• Drive delivery KPI in a timely manner for internal and customer testing
• Ensure efficient deliverable management
• Oversee the progress of functional deliverables until final execution
• Identify issues and provide resolutions
• Lead meeting for SDT team and report status to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of program management experience in the automotive industry
• Familiarity with issues in programs and SDT
• Strong MS Office competency
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform work autonomously as well as in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent level written and spoken English and Japanese
