プロダクトアプリケーションエンジニア/ Product Application Engineer

An international automotive parts manufacturer is looking for a Product Application Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing program development and the creation of products. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Become the clients' technical point of contact for new energies projects
• Align products with customer needs, certifications requirements, quality targets, etc.
• Take charge of DFMEA, DVP&R, and BOM
• Maximise cash flow
• Manage budget plans and project expenses
• Aid technicians in maintaining the equipment in a good condition
• Evaluate and accept manufacturing and testing quality reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in automotive, engineering, or mechanical
• Prior experience with projects in a matrix organisation
• More than 3 projects with vehicle OEM development experience
• Background in project management
• Strong understanding of automotive standards
• Proficient in English
