サプライヤー技術保証マネージャー/ Supplier Technical Assurance Manager

A global luxury automotive manufacturer is seeking a Supplier Technical Assurance Manager. The selected candidate will lead technical assurance and manufacturing quality across the supply chain to ensure production readiness and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Technical Authority to ensure production processes meet design and quality standards
• Drive resolution of technical issues across suppliers to achieve SQCD (safety, quality, cost, delivery, lead time) targets
• Oversee manufacturing engineering integration throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety & Environmental standards and promote Zero Harm initiatives
• Champion product safety and foster a zero-defect, Right First Time culture across suppliers
• Lead technical input for facility, digital manufacturing, and product introduction strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams
• Experience with manufacturing changes (facility re-design, technology insertion, new product introduction, or quality improvement)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to aerospace or heavy engineering industries
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (CAD, CAM, CAPP, MES, SAP, etc.)
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese is a plus
