資金管理マネージャー/ Treasury Manager

A renowned electronics manufacturer is seeking a Treasury Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial strategies, funding, and global fund management to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
• Prepare regular financial reports and respond to inquiries from institutions
• Execute financing initiatives including refinancing, debt, stock, and bond issuance
• Develop and promote financial strategies and capital policies for IPO readiness
• Manage global fund operations, intra-group loans, and interest management
• Establish group-wide financial strategies and a solid post-IPO financial foundation

Requirements:

• Experience in the finance department of a business company
• Prior experience in negotiation with financial institutions (banks, securities companies, etc.)
• Proven experience in planning and executing financing and capital policies
• Background in supporting IPO at financial institutions (banks and securities companies)
• Prior IPO preparation IPO background in the finance department of an operating company is ideal
• Proven background in fund management with global bases (overseas) is a plus
• Proficient in reading, written English
