A renowned data center company is looking for an Associate Treasury Manager. The selected candidate will support financing processes, manage loan facilities, and strengthen banking relationships. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support project financing, including structuring, documentation, due diligence, and financial closing
• Manage existing loan facilities, ensuring compliance and handling amendments, waivers, and refinancing
• Strengthen relationships with banks and investors, leveraging market knowledge to expand liquidity
• Assist in cash management, risk management, and covenant compliance

Requirements:

• Background in international business setting
• Knowledge of loan practice (lender-side or borrower-side)
• Understanding of structured finance is a plus
• Prior understanding of loan syndication market is ideal
• Familiarity with property finance is preferred
• Fluent level Japanese and English
