トレジャリー＆タックスファイナンスマネージャー/ Treasury & Tax Finance Manager

A global beverages company is looking for a Finance Manager in Treasury & Tax Management. The selected candidate will be driving strategic financial goals, managing capital structure, optimising liquidity, and ensuring tax compliance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute financing and funding strategies in alignment with the company’s Strategic Business Plan
• Manage capital requirements to ensure timely availability of funds for business operations and growth initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise shareholder returns based on the company’s strategic goals
• Plan and execute asset disposal transactions to optimise the company’s balance sheet and improve financial health
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, security companies, and credit rating agencies
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, overseeing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience as a Treasury, corporate finance, or tax manager
• Deep knowledge of tax regulations, including corporate income tax, deferred tax, and various indirect taxes
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and FX risk management
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with financial institutions
• Possess a valid CPA or Tax Accountant (Zeirishi) certification is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
