An international pharmaceutical company is searching for a Treasury Manager. The successful candidate will enhance daily cash forecast and monitor for efficient short-term funding. This position is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial paper program, involving bidding, etc.
- Ensure cash flow flexibility through the management of factoring programs
- Oversee the refinancing or renewal of mid-term bank loans
- Administer the in-house banking system to maintain a zero cash balance
- Deliver timely treasury reports to inform decision-makers and management
- Handle pension investments, including fund selection and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business/finance/economics
- 7-10 years of experience in treasury and accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in pension asset management
- Proficient in Japanese and English
