シニアFP&Aアナリスト/ Senior FP&A Analyst

An international apparel company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, business performance reporting, and strategic financial initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid setup and a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create presentations, guidebooks, posters, printed materials, infographics, and event assets
• Produce and edit videos, animations, and motion graphics for product demonstrations and communications
• Develop visual concepts that communicate products, services, and user journeys
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across inventor-facing experiences and communications
• Collaborate with Business, UX Research, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the design process
• Incorporate user feedback and research insights to improve design solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in visual design, communication design, UX/UI design, or related fields
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications
• Experience creating printed materials, presentation assets, editorial content, or communication materials
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital interfaces and visual communication
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, colour, and information hierarchy
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience designing end-to-end experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
• Experience developing visual identity systems or design guidelines
• Familiarity with branding, storytelling, and communication design
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and design implementation
• Experience working in innovation, startup, R&D, or cross-functional product development environments
• Experience facilitating workshops or Design Sprints
