Global Head, IT Finance Business Partner

An international medical technology company is looking for a Global Head, IT Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business partnering, and governance for Global IT functions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between Finance and Global and Regional IT organisations to align functional goals with global initiatives
• Provide financial insights, recommendations, and commentary on historical performance and future improvement opportunities
• Deliver timely financial analysis and business guidance to measure performance against strategic priorities
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend improvement actions
• Support mid- and long-term planning, forecasting, investment decisions, and financial analysis
• Ensure meaningful analysis of Run-the-Business and Change-the-Business cost drivers to improve organisational visibility
• Implement governance for IT budgeting, cost control, ownership, and cost allocation across business units, functions, and regions
• Partner with the Global Chief Information Officer and leadership team to strengthen financial management and decision-making
• Provide leadership to improve core finance processes, efficiencies, and reporting
• Lead and oversee IT Finance Business Partners across global and regional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience, including a managerial role experience
• Broad experience working within or supporting IT or Technology functions, including Change-the-Business and Run-the-Business cost drivers
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of technology cost drivers
• Experience in strategy development and trend identification using key financial indicators
• Possess a valid CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Professional level English and Japanese
