財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

An international marketing and communications company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will support FP&A operations, collaborate with project management and finance teams, and deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and operational support for assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Management teams to support finance operations for assigned clients
• Follow up on aged accruals, accounts receivable, and work-in-progress items
• Participate in client status meetings and prepare related materials
• Create and analyse reports for APAC regional submissions
• Prepare vendor cost reports and regular financial reports using operational data
• Support monthly sales forecast updates and resource forecasting activities
• Perform management accounting tasks to support monthly financial targets
• Utilise and support ERP systems for finance operations
• Assist with audit responses and internal finance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2-3 years of experience in financial or accounting administration, data entry, and report creation
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work proactively and improve operational processes
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems such as Maconomy or similar platforms
• Experience using AI in business or Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
