M&Aアナリスト/ M&A Analyst

A renowned technology-focused company is looking for an M&A Analyst. The selected candidate will support end-to-end M&A activities including financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models including DCF, comparable analysis, and accretion/dilution
• Conduct market research and develop detailed target profiles across Japan and APAC
• Support due diligence across financial, commercial, and operational areas
• Prepare investment memos, board materials, and deal summaries
• Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents with legal and external advisors
• Track deal pipeline, manage data rooms, and monitor M&A market trends

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A advisory
• Experience in public company M&A disclosure and regulatory processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Skilled in data room management tools (Intralinks, Datasite, or equivalent)
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Background in Japan market
• Knowledge with Japanese GAAP and IFRS
• Understanding in SEC, EDGAR, TSX, or FSE
