FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

A global data services company is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Maintain and enhance financial models for business evaluation and board reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports including variance and trend analysis
• Collaborate with finance managers to assess and improve business performance
• Provide KPI analysis and insightful financial commentary for reports
• Automate reporting tools and improve financial systems and data integrity

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of finance
• Native level Japanese; business level written and spoken English
