財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Financial Analyst (Reporting). The selected candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial process improvements to support profitability and business planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budget and rolling five-year operating plan
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for headquarters and local executives
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities and reconcile budget versus forecast
• Improve financial processes, KPIs, and management dashboards to support profitability
• Support accounting operations including payment records, tax filing support, and government surveys
• Coordinate banking communications and update financial and regulatory policies internally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, or similar domain
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Background in database programming ((TM1; Cognos; Access, EBS, Hyperion)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of general financial principles
• Understanding of GAAP
• Fluent level Japanese (JLPT 2+); professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIA0 qualifications
