ディールアソシエイト/アナリスト/ Deal Associate/Analyst

A multinational investment management company is looking for a Deal Associate/Analyst. The selected candidate will evaluate investment opportunities, conduct strategic and financial analysis, and support portfolio development across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse investment opportunities using strategic analysis and financial modelling
• Support evaluation of deals across multiple industries and investment types
• Conduct quantitative and business analysis to assess potential investments
• Assist in managing portfolio company initiatives, including add-on investments and operational improvements
• Contribute to liquidity planning and investment strategy execution
• Participate in training programmes to develop value-added investment capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent
• Experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, or strategic evaluation
• Possess exceptional business analytical and quantitative skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
