シニアコストアナリスト/ Senior Cost Analyst

A global entertainment hospitality company is looking for a Senior Cost Analyst. The selected candidate will conduct financial analysis, support project reporting, and provide financial insights to drive project performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create worksheets to identify project trends, issues, and analyse accounts
• Review financial reports and reconcile accounts as part of month-end closing
• Support ongoing finance projects and respond to ad hoc requests
• Review and manage project purchasing applications from initial review to final approval
• Collaborate with project finance analysts and project managers to update EFC and report issues
• Review and approve project-related invoices and payment requests
• Analyse vendor payment issues and propose solutions
• Manage contract renewals and contract administration
• Review contract execution and verify payment releases
• Support inquiries and resolve issues related to fixed asset taxes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-3 year of experience in finance, accounting or related experience
• Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and project finance support
• Proficient in Excel, including XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables; PowerPoint
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience in construction project finance
