商業金融分析マネージャー/ Commercial Finance Analysis Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Commercial Finance Analysis Manager. The selected candidate will lead forecasting, market analysis, data governance, and insight generation to support strategic commercial decisions across multiple therapeutic portfolios. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Build commercial forecasts across cardio-metabolic, diabetes, obesity, and rare blood disorder portfolios
• Develop scenario analyses to support planning and business decisions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement changes
• Translate commercial findings into clear and actionable recommendations
• Manage master data standards and maintain data accuracy across internal and external sources
• Create dashboards and presentations that turn complex analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Statistics, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in business insights, forecasting, market analytics, market access or related roles
• Experience in statistical modelling and quantitative forecasting methods
• Prior experience in managing market research vendors and translating outputs into actionable business decisions
• Fluent level written and spoken English (Japanese is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare
