財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global healthcare company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will oversee inventory and transportation cost reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and track financial and operational performance to drive accuracy and business improvement .

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and reconcile balances across physical stock, sub-ledgers, and the general ledger
• Calculate inventory usage, wastage, and provisions while resolving inventory variances with Operations
• Review freight invoices against contracts, rates, and shipping documents and process related vendor invoices
• Record transportation costs accurately and analyse variances between actual expenses and accruals
• Support month-end close and prepare reports on inventory balances and inventory-related costs
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and KPI analysis while recommending corrective actions to improve performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• More than 2 years of experience in finance
• Experience in ERP (sap, PeopleSoft, etc.) and analytical tools (Hyperion, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 700+) is ideal

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in healthcare industry
• Possess valid finance certification (CPA, CMA, MBA)
