財務・オペレーションアナリスト/ Finance and Operation Analyst

A global technology company is looking for a Finance and Operation Analyst. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash finance operations, partner with stakeholders, and ensure strong operational performance for the Japan portfolio. This is a long-term haken contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end O2C operations including credit risk, collections, cash application, and case management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve finance operations issues and support Japan portfolio inquiries
• Track key finance operations KPIs and support the preparation of performance reports
• Build strong customer relationships by managing credit limits, payment tracking, and reconciliations
• Support special projects including new program launches, regulatory changes, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while coordinating with outsourced collections partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in Financial Operations (accounts receivable, collections, dispute management)
• Experience in communication and building relationship with corporate customers
• Prior experience in driving innovative changes/efficiencies in operational processes
• Business level Japanese and English
