ジュニアFP&Aアナリスト/ Jr. FP&A Analyst

An international premium beverage company is looking for a Jr. FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will support management decision-making through budgeting, performance monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting, while assisting with accounting and monthly closing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the formulation of annual budgets and medium-term business plans
• Manage monthly performance, including budget vs actual analysis, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring
• Prepare and report financial analysis to management and departments
• Control SG&A and propose cost efficiency measures
• Aggregate, analyse, and visualise financial data using Excel and BI tools
• Handle reporting to headquarters in English
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for new store expansions, investments, and ROI evaluations

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of accounting experience at an operating company or accounting firm
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF)
• Skilled in data creation and analysis using Excel
• Possess a valid Nippon Chamber of Commerce Bookkeeping Level 2+ qualification
• Proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using accounting systems, particularly SAP, in English
• Practical experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a business company
• Experience in multi-store businesses such as retail or food service
