上級FP&Aアナリスト/ Sr. FP&A Analyst

A global cosmetics manufacturing company is looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will lead management reporting, planning, consolidation, and business performance analysis while driving financial visibility and decision-making across the organisation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports, budget packages, and executive materials
• Analyse performance versus targets, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions
• Lead planning and forecasting processes with business units and align with group timelines
• Build business cases and financial simulations for new initiatives
• Design, improve, and govern management control and performance management processes
• Oversee consolidation, company-wide reporting, and coordination with regional and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience as FP&A or business controller (multinational company such as FMCG is ideal)
• Prior experience with data analytics
• Proven experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP / Oracle Hyperion or similar)
• Proven facilitation and project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or above is ideal
• Experience in automation/digital transformation
