FP&A シニアマネージャー/ FP&A Senior Manager

A global fashion company is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while supporting strategic decision-making and financial governance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support management decisions
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and ensure timely, accurate financial deliverables
• Lead forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, and control P&L and capital expenditures
• Maintain and enhance financial databases, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Prepare balance sheet, free cash flow, budget, and forecast templates
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure reporting compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting is ideal
• More than 5 years of financial management experience in multinational company
• Understanding of the luxury or fashion market with exposure in retail function
• Proficient in PC and business applications
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
