財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A multinational biotechnology company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will lead and support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making through forecasting, modeling, and business reviews. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support revenue and P/L forecasting, tracking, and monthly or quarterly business reviews
• Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and analyse variances
• Partner with commercial and service leaders to review and communicate financial performance
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency
• Build financial models and conduct complex analysis to support strategic initiatives and management decisions
• Coordinate with global, regional, and APAC finance and commercial teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance
• More than 2 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance roles
• Knowledge in financial accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle) and analytical tools (e.g. Hyperion)
