財務計画分析マネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global food manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic support to senior management. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasts, budgets, and rolling projections for group companies
• Develop models to assess long-term growth and key business drivers
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic planning through data interpretation and comparative analysis
• Prepare presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and decision support for senior management
• Drive process improvements and mentor team members on reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience as a manager
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese
