FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an FP&A Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis, reporting, and process improvements to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive company-wide budget formulation, forecast aggregation processes, and variance management during the fiscal year
• Prepare reporting materials for monthly and quarterly closing and analyse financial data
• Propose and lead process improvements in collaboration with finance teams to enhance financial discipline and management processes
• Partner with business units and indirect departments to support variance management, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making
• Lead management analyses, prepare proposals or reporting materials for board meetings and executives, support business evaluation analyses, and other related tasks

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of FP&A experience within a complex matrix structure in a global organisation
• Knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS or relevant work experience
• Experience in cross-functional project management
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Advanced level MS Office
• Capable of negotiating with overseas stakeholders and driving projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
