財務オペレーションアナリスト/ Finance Operations Analyst

A global eCommerce technology company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will support financial operations by preparing reports, managing client reconciliations, and acting as a key financial contact for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex sales and operational reports
• Perform client reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Serve as the financial point of contact for clients
• Conduct client meetings and deliver training on financial products and flows
• Monitor and resolve daily financial and operational queries
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, operations, tech, payments, product, and account management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in a finance-related role
• Skilled in advanced Excel
• Proficient in Japanese; advanced level English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or another quantitative field
• Experience with SQL
• Proficient in Korean
