財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A multinational commercial vehicle manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial performance, optimise capital allocation, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency initiatives across the Group
• Collaborate with accounting and investor relations teams to deliver financial insights and narratives
• Support investment and capital allocation decisions to maximise value creation
• Evaluate and monitor synergy initiatives with product planning and strategy teams
• Develop and implement FP&A policies, ensuring transparent reporting of financial performance indicators
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide management with key financial analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
• More than 3 years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multinational or listed company
• Experience in KPI-based external reporting and financial modelling
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
• Professional level Japanese and English
