FP&A シニアマネージャー/ FP&A Senior Manager

A renowned industrial automation manufacturing company is seeking an FP&A Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Enhance budgeting process efficiency with IT systems
• Analyse financial results against budgets and forecasts
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for profitability improvement
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration, or a relevant domain (MBA is ideal)
• More than 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (manufacturing or industrial environment)
• Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools
• Understanding of Japanese accounting standards and local financial regulations is ideal
• Possess valid CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is ideal
• Business level Japanese and English
