FP&A シニアマネージャー/ FP&A Sr. Manager

A global cosmetics company is seeking a FP&A Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and analysis, providing strategic insights to drive profitability and support business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and analysis of full P&L reporting, from Gross Sales to Operating Income
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly business updates, budget forecasts, and outlooks
• Collaborate with business units to analyse performance, risks, and opportunities against plan
• Own end-to-end planning cycles, including weekly sales updates, monthly reviews, and annual plans
• Provide advanced financial modelling, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams for financial analysis and decision support
• Manage month-end close activities and oversee fixed costs, FX impacts, and warehousing expenses
• Review journal entries, SOX documentation, and strengthen internal controls and compliance
• Lead management presentations, AOP, forecasts, and ad-hoc strategic analysis projects
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation and process efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of FP&A experience in a multinational company in the beauty sector
• Prior Big 4 external audit experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts) and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, and Hyperion is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese and English
