財務アナリスト/ Finance Analyst

A global healthcare company is searching for a Finance Analyst. The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling, economic research, and variance analysis on profit and loss and income statements
• Conduct forecasting, financial planning, and expense comparisons against budget
• Prepare reports, compile and consolidate financial plans, and provide insights to management
• Develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems, including information flow, reporting, and analysis
• Provide analysis on business development and monitor performance by unit, division, or group
• Deliver and manage assigned projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve results
• Ensure compliance with policies and apply specialised knowledge to project design and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (or an equivalent foreign degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))
• More than 2 years of relevant professional experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within the job area (education combined with experience)
• Professional level Japanese and English
