財務分析/ Financial Analysis

A renowned technology manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will manage P&L reporting, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to both finance and non-finance leaders. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage P&L forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for assigned customers
• Conduct strategic financial analysis to support planning, performance management, and business reviews
• Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying risks and distressed accounts
• Present financial insights and act as a business partner to cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc reports with strategic commentary for management decision-making
• Lead or participate in system integration and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in multinational company is ideal (manufacturing area) is preferred
• Prior experience in SAP ECC BPC CRM CPQ is ideal
• Proven data driven analysis and insight with finance or accounting experience is advantageous
• Understanding of best practices and ability to accomplish own work
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Tableau, and Anaplan is a plus
• Professional level Japanese; business level written and spoken English
