財務アナリスト/ Finance Analyst

A renowned luxury goods company is seeking a Finance Analyst. The selected candidate will drive financial reporting, performance analysis, and planning across multiple business areas. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee controlling and reporting for assigned entities
• Validate and analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and overheads while providing variance insights
• Deliver weekly financial reports and recommendations to strengthen profitability
• Enhance performance analysis across channels and support commercial teams with KPI modelling
• Lead planning cycles including budgets, forecasts, and capex projections
• Support internal control initiatives, including stock takes, approvals review, and governance updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economic, Finance or Business
• 3-6 years in a foreign company in financial planning & Analysis/ General Accounting or Auditing
• Experience in a multinational organisation
• Understanding of accounting principles and standards (IFRS)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in corporate standard business presentations
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Master/ MBA graduate from a top school is preferable
• Prior overseas work experience
