財務計画・分析マネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global semiconductor company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial decision support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for business units
• Analyse product costs and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Partner with domestic and international finance teams to align financial activities
• Prepare management decision-support materials
• Evaluate and simulate new investment projects
• Enhance and standardise management accounting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of FP&A or accounting and finance experience in manufacturing
• Prior management experience (leading a team of 3 or more people)
• Understanding of management accounting and cost accounting
• Business level English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Anaplan, etc.
• Prior experience in negotiations and projects with overseas bases
• Proven leadership experience in teams with diverse backgrounds
• Possess valid CPA/CFA qualifications
