シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Innovative Medicine FP&A. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Innovative Medicine Business Unit. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial statements and data to assess business performance against budget, forecast, and previous years
• Develop and evaluate strategic business plans covering revenue, expenses, and resource allocation
• Manage monthly financial closing and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Implement and oversee internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights
• Report directly to the Head of FP&A Japan as the sole FP&A representative for the BU

Requirements:

• 3-12 years of experience in FP&A or equivalent
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in a multi-national company
• Prior experience with Pharma industry
• Knowledge of accounting and internal controls
